ActionCue Clinical Intelligence Application Modules

Clinical Performance Module

The Clinical Performance Module facilitates entry of basic clinical event and activity data and the presentation of selected Performance Measures (PMs) in effective, easy to understand formats. Output reports include scorecards, charts, dashboards and integrated Performance Improvement Action Plans (PIPs), as well as notifications and alerts based on specified events or analytics.

The ActionCue application enables a standardized recording of observations for compliance to care protocols and bundles interrelated indicators in a Protocol Compliance Worksheet. Individual steps and indicators are recorded and rolled up to more comprehensive representations of Performance Measures while retaining the ability to drill down to find elemental issues needing management attention.

Risk Management Module

The Risk Management Module enables the secure capturing and progression monitoring of adverse Event Reports. Leveraging a structured workflow process, this module compiles all details on each adverse event including levels of management involved, specific responsibilities for reviewing, investigating procedures and tasks for completing the case document. The completed reports are stored securely and their access is limited.

Additional outputs from the Risk Management module include statistical summaries of events including categories and sub-categories of events, contributing causes, interventions, persons affected, locations, etc., as well as, process statistics such as the actual time intervals along the process workflow.
